Video remix of Libraries, Last Week Tonight with Jon Oliver | Length: 1 min 37 seconds

As I was finalizing the video I heard very sad news. Sam Rubin, KTLA Morning News legend and their Entertainment reporter, had passed away. He was 64 years old. He started his KTLA career in 1991. I am feeling pretty desolate. We began watching KTLA in 1995. We’ve been watching him for over 30 years. He was such a lovely person. He leaves behind a wife and four kids. Rest in peace, Sam Rubin. We will never forget you.

Voice of OC. https://voiceofoc.org/2024/05/are-public-librarians-gearing-up-to-leave-huntington-beach/ - this is truly sad - the public resignation of a librarian when no one on City would defend their expertise and the name calling of librarians!
